The Furuno NAVPILOT 700 Autopilot offers an optional Safe Helm and Power Assist feature to reduce steering effort and increase safety of the autopilot. To use the Safe Helm and Power Assist modes you will need the optional FPS8 Power Steering Module and an HRP Pumpset.
