The 8″ color Garmin GPSMAP 840xs keyed chartplotter/sonar combo includes US Coastal BlueChart g2 US LakeVu HD maps and built-in 10 Hz GPS/GLONASS. Supports your choice of any compatible Garmin transducer, including 50/200 kHz, 77/200 kHz, Garmin DownVu scanning sonar with CHIRP technology, even CHIRP. For an ultra clear sonar picture of objects, structure and fish that pass below (DownVu) and to the sides (SideVu) of the boat, add the optional GCV 10 black box sonar for both DownVu Garmin and SideVu scanning sonar with CHIRP technology (sold separately). Sonar-recording capability saves digital sonar information. Wirelessly connect to Apple iOS device for BlueChart Mobile.
