RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Don’t like your Plaza Outboard items? No problem!
Let us know within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we’ll offer you and easy, free return or exchange and free restocking fee (or a full refund). It’s that simple.
And, of course, we’ll pay all of your return or exchange shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item muse be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, kindly contact us at store@plazaoutboard.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and an RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) number as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, after 2-3 days of inspection we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchange process: If you requested an exchange, the exchanged items will be sent out within 3 days of our receipt of your package.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before or after the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Some products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer products to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises. Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.
For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer’s authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer – see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
